I’m still finding lots of uses for the Kissmas & Mistletoe set! How about an ATC holder? SUREEEEEEE why not!!! I love making Artist Trading Cards from simple to extreme – so many things you can do in that 2 1/2″x3 1/2″ space, but admittedly you need to get creative sometimes to make it all fit.
How’d I do it?
- Stamped the snowflake with embossing ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder (EP) on white paper. (For ink, I used Ranger’s and for EP, I used P K Glitz‘ powder)
- Mushed a pearlescent blue ink pad all over the paper AND embossed images, it’s called “direct to paper or DTP”. (For ink, I used Tsukineko’s Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue)
- Rubbed a paper towel all over the paper to removed any excess ink, trimmed to fit around the mailbox and end caps then adhered it all down.
- Adhere 1/4″ wide Sticky Tape around the edges of the paper around the mailbox, remove liner and sprinkle with glitter. (I used Silver)
- Stamped Mr. Snowman with embossing ink and heat embossed with embossing powder on white paper. (I used Sapphire E P Max powder)
- Trimmed out the snowman and added a wire reinforced ribbon as a scarf. Added some foam tape to the back and adhered him to the side of the mailbox.
- Stamped a frame and saying from the Just Wanted to Say set with the blue ink on white paper. Trimmed out both and adhered the frame with foam tape to the door. The saying was adhered to the flag.
- Die cut letters out of foam and adhere in the frame. (I used the Sizzix Script font)
- Drizzle Glossy Accents over the top of the mailbox and sprinkle with glitter. (I used Crystal)
- And now you have a great place to stash your ATCs!
